- When will I receive my order?
We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 working days. For Regular Post (best priced service), Australia Post may take 2-6 business days depending on location. However, this service does not include a tracking number at present (we are working on it).
If you would like Priority Post or Registered Post, please add a note to your order, or email us after ordering.
- Do you ship to overseas?
At the moment we only ship within Australia. We are working on shipping internationally. If you require International Shipping, please email us with your details and we will contact you.
- Why don't you have an expiry date on some products?
- Are your products vegan?
- Do you give away samples?
We love to share our product samples! We do offer samples for particular products at different times throughout the year depending on the launch of new products. We will often include new product samples with orders where possible.
- Are all your products Australian Made?
Yes, all of our products are manufactured in Sydney, Australia. Zozo Organics is a family owned and run business residing in Sydney, Australia.
- Do all your prices include GST?
Yes, all of our product prices are inclusive of GST.
